Monday Couchlock

New today on Netflix streaming

The Bad News Bears/Breaking Training/Go to Japan -- Yup, all three of the originals. You really only need to watch the first one, but the others are there if you're a completionist like me.
Boyz N the Hood
Donnie Brasco
The Fifth Element -- Wow, if you haven't seen this you owe it to yourself to set aside a couple of hours, smoke up, and experience one of the most underrated sci-fi/action/comedy movies of all time. Bruce Willis, Chris Tucker, GARY OLDMAN? Why are you still reading? GO!
Once Upon A Time In the West
Raising Arizona -- Before Nic Cage started saying 'Yes' to every movie script that landed in his lap (Wicker Man, Ghost Rider, Drive Angry 3-D, Season of the Witch, etc.) he made a few awesome movies. This is the best one. (If you were wondering, Con Air is 2nd and The Rock is 3rd.)
Red Dawn -- WOLVERINES! See it now before they remake it.
Superman: The Movie -- this is the 1978 original.

Tonight on TV

8:00pm
Hell's Kitchen (FOX) --Probably where I'll be.
Duck Dynasty (A&E) -- This is an hour of repeat episodes but I have to tell you that as a non-religious person who has a severe distaste for hunting...THIS IS MY FAVORITE NEW SHOW. The two episodes showing tonight are two of the best from this past season (Willie's daughter has a new boyfriend & Jase Wants An Office) so give it a shot if you haven't yet. If you like beards, this is the show for you.
Antiques Roadshow (PBS)
American's Got Talent (NBC, 8:30) -- Who cares, they give it to a singer every year. Except for the one time a guy with a puppet won. Other than that, singers every damn time.

9:00pm
WWE Monday Night RAW (USA) -- This is where I'll be.
American Pickers (History Channel)
The A-Team (HBOw) -- This is a great movie to watch post-medication.

10:00pm
The Glass House (ABC) -- Watched the first episode, didn't care much for the one guy and his forced drama. Skipped the second episode so I don't know if he was voted out yet. There is a TON of eye candy on this show. We'll see if it can stack up to CBS's Big Brother, or even surpass it as BB is getting too stale/editor-controlled for my tastes.
Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives (Food Network) -- The host looks and acts like the world's biggest bro douchenozzle. Half the time when he's in a food joint I expect him to try and "Ice" the owner and the other half I keep watching for him to roofie a waitress. Tons of food porn here. Greasy, dirty food porn.
Lizard Lick Towing (TruTV) -- This show is a real pisser. I am constantly flipping over to it when RAW goes to commercial or is in a boring segment.
Pawn Stars (History) -- An hour of new episodes. This is a show I really like, but I usually skip the episodes and then catch up either on Netflix or when there's a weekend marathon. I do that for a lot of shows like American Pickers, Restaurant Impossible, Chopped, etc.
Four Houses (TLC) -- Let me just take the description from TV Guide -- "Four homeowners compete for a $10,000 prize and a magazine feature by visiting each other's houses and voting on which one is the best." Okay, yeah, but trust me, I've seen the commercials, and half of the houses are wacky as hell.

That should set you up for tonight, set those DVRs. Share this article around if you know people who might need it. I'd appreciate it.
